During his year and an half tenure at e-Acumen, Francois-Regis used his expertise and mathematical knowledge to develop a portfolio optimization model for energy markets.
Francois-Regis Montclar worked for EDF R&D for three years prior to joining e-Acumen and was, for most of that time, in charge of the optimization of the nuclear fuel cycle and simulation of electrical markets’ operations.
Francois-Regis was trained as an engineer specializing in applied mathematics and obtained a PhD in partnership with EDF, on application of artificial intelligence on a remotely monitored electrical distribution system.
