Working with SERVERON for over 18 months, Francois-Xavier worked with the technical team to develop the latest Transformer-Oil Monitoring Instrument. Francois-Xavier was also instrumental in building a commercial relationship between EDF and Serveron. As a result, EDF’s generation division purchased Serveron’s equipment to optimize its transformer monitoring process.
Prior to working with SERVERON, Francois-Xavier worked for four years at the EDF R&D department as a project coordinator and technical representative for the European Commission-backed project SHIFT on superconductor technologies, which involved five European companies and three major universities.
Francois-Xavier holds a Masters Degree and PhD in quantum physics from top engineering French schools. He is knowledgeable and experienced in both engineering for Power Transformers, Generators, and other Thermal-Power-Plant Electrical Equipment, as well as in Instrumentation and Physics of Superconductors, Semiconductors and Lasers.
