Philippe Grauliere brought his expertise in data processing, billing applications and in internet software to assist Wellspring to optimize and adapt its data management system for large customer bases and to design and run a new collecting data system.

Prior to working with Wellspring International, Philippe Grauliere gained experience in website development, software development and development architecture as well as in development of database, with EDF and other major French companies.

With a degree in engineering from a highly rated school in France, Philippe Grauliere has expertise in web architecture, distributed software and in database building and management.
